About the position

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong product thinking to lead the design of our user-facing applications. You’ll craft seamless, engaging experiences that balance usability with business goals, working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into elegant solutions
• Apply product thinking to balance user experience with business impact
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines
• Advocate for users while keeping technical feasibility in mind

Requirements

• Proven UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or HR tech
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused design solutions
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote teams
• Product mindset: able to think strategically about user goals and business outcomes
