Welcome to Screentro.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Screentro.ai’s products, services, applications, and platform (“Service”). By using Screentro.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Organization Account Model

Screentro.ai operates under an organization-based account system, where:

  • All user accounts are associated with an organization, distinguished by the domain name of their email address (e.g., @yourcompany.com).
  • Subscriptions apply to the organization, not to individual users.
  • Each organization has a designated “Master” User who:
    • Manages subscription billing and payment
    • Adds/removes members from the organization
    • Controls configuration settings and access privileges

Screentro.ai is not responsible for disputes between users or roles within an organization. It is the organization’s responsibility to manage user access and credentials securely.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Screentro.ai, users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about themselves and their organization
  • Keep account credentials confidential and secure
  • Only use the Service for legitimate hiring and job evaluation purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the platform

Important: If credentials are shared, lost, or compromised internally within an organization, Screentro.ai is not liable for the resulting access issues, data breaches, or operational consequences.

4. Service Access & Delivery

Your access to the Screentro.ai platform is provided based on:

  • A valid and active subscription by your organization
  • Proper configuration of organizational access by the Master User
  • Acceptance of our Privacy Policy and these Terms

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure uptime, data security, and functional service delivery. Any service interruptions will be addressed promptly, but are not grounds for automatic refund unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

  • We do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated and payment was processed correctly, and our service has been delivered.
  • The Master User is responsible for managing the billing cycle, including renewals and cancellations.

If you believe your case qualifies for an exception (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us at team@screentro.ai for review.

6. Modifications & Updates

Screentro.ai reserves the right to:

  • What monitoring tools you allow
  • Whether or not to proceed with Screentro-powered interviews
  • The right to request deletion of any non-fraudulent temporary session data

7. Compliance

Screentro.ai complies with relevant privacy regulations, including:

  • Add, modify, or discontinue features of the Service
  • Update pricing, terms, or policies with reasonable notice
  • Terminate or suspend accounts in violation of these Terms

We will notify the Master User of any significant changes to the platform or policy via the registered email address.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Screentro.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Service
  • Decisions made based on interview analysis or fraud reports
  • Internal conflicts, misuse, or loss of data within the organization

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Screentro.ai is registered. Any disputes shall be handled in local competent courts.
