About the position

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force connecting Screentro.ai’s innovative solution with HR, recruiting, and staffing companies. You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals that help organizations fight hiring fraud.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in HR, recruiting, and staffing sectors
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos tailored to client needs
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve Screentro.ai’s offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative in SaaS or HR tech
• Strong understanding of the HR and recruiting landscape is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, flexible environment
• Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
